ChefMate provides kitchen management software including stock control, recipe costing, menu engineering, compliance tracking, and AI-powered planning tools. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ChefMate.
One account may not be shared across multiple individuals without a team plan.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected.
Free trials last 14 days with full access. No card required to start.
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Prices may change with 30 days' written notice.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into ChefMate. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the platform.
Resell or redistribute ChefMate without written permission.
7. Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
ChefMate is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for decisions made based on data or suggestions provided by the platform. You are responsible for verifying compliance with food safety regulations.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
